Childhood Memory lane
Missing those days,
Finding my ways,
I remember my childhood,
Looking back to those trails.
Holding my dad’s hand,
Walking with tumbling steps,
I fall on the ground again,
To learn how to run in rain.
Sleeping in mother’s lap,
Dreaming of fairyland,
I wake up with twinkling eyes,
To look at the blue sky.
Rays of the glowing sun,
Makes my day full of fun,
Showing the way of my school,
Where I can play with no bounds.
Playing with mud and water,
Creating small pots and tumblers,
Cooking with leaves and flowers,
Makes my day always shorter.
Leaving playground makes me sad,
wishing more time I could always have.
I enter the class to read in pain,
But I end up dreaming again.
